If you operate an older unit whose genuine parts have been discontinued or quoted at a six-week lead time, sending us a worn sample is often the fastest route back to production. We reverse engineer from the physical part: measuring, analysing base material, and producing a drawing for your approval before cutting metal. There is no minimum quantity for this service.

Can you identify my part from a photo?

In most cases yes, if the photo shows dimensions or a recognizable reference number. Where identification is uncertain we will ask for a sample.
