Both are excellent machines, and both eventually need the same thing: new blades, control discs, distributors and liners. Build-to-Drawing and Reverse Engineering

Send us a worn part and we will reverse engineer it end to end. This is how we usually handle discontinued or undocumented machines, and it is why many of our customers come to us first rather than last.

1. Measure and analyse — dimensional survey plus spectroscopic analysis of the base material.
2. Propose a drawing — including any material upgrade we recommend for your duty cycle.
3. Approve — you confirm dimensions before we commit tooling.
4. Produce and inspect — then export pack and ship.

Can you quote without a part number?

Yes. Photos with dimensions and your machine model are normally enough. We will ask for a sample only if identification is ambiguous.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Single sets and samples accepted — we are not asking for a container.

How long does production take?

Standard sizes 3-7 days from stock; custom build-to-drawing 15-25 days, plus inspection and packing time.
