Rösler shot blast equipment is built around high-efficiency turbines, and those turbines are designed around wear parts that are consumed by definition. If you are buying those parts at list price, your maintenance cost per tonne of cleaned product is higher than it needs to be. AntisMachine is an independent foundry producing aftermarket wear parts engineered to fit Rösler turbines, with material and process control in our own hands since 1976.
Compatibility statement: AntisMachine is an independent manufacturer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized distributor of Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH. Machine model references appear here for identification and cross-reference only. Our products are aftermarket replacement parts manufactured by AntisMachine.
| Part | Also called | Material | Typical service life |
|---|---|---|---|
| Turbine blade set | impeller blade, throwing blade, paddle | Cr26 high-chrome, HRC 58-64 | 600–1,200 operating hours |
| Control disc | control cage, accelerator, directional sleeve | Cr15 or Cr26 | 1,500–3,000 operating hours |
| Distributor | metering wheel, dosing impeller | Cr26 heat treated | 1,500–3,000 operating hours |
| Turbine liner set | wear plates, side/top liners | Cr26 high-chrome / composite | 800–2,000 operating hours |
| Complete turbine unit | blast wheel assembly, impeller head | assembled, dynamically balanced | per specification |
Most buyers compare unit price. The number that actually matters is cost per operating hour. A blade that costs 30% less but lasts half as long is a bad purchase. Conversely, moving from a low-alloy part to properly heat-treated Cr26 high-chrome frequently cuts total wheel spend by more than the price difference suggests — because downtime and labour to change a blade set cost far more than the blade itself.
We will give you material specification, hardness target and expected service range up front, so you can compare on that basis rather than on unit price alone.
No. They are aftermarket parts manufactured by AntisMachine to fit Rösler equipment. We are an independent foundry and not an authorized Rösler distributor.
If you have one, excellent — it makes quoting faster. If not, a worn sample or dimensioned photos are sufficient in most cases.
Samples and single sets are accepted. No minimum required for a trial.
