DISA Replacement Parts & Turbine Wear Parts

Running a DISA shot blast machine and paying more for wear parts than you think you should? You are not alone — and you do not have to buy from the OEM. AntisMachine is an independent foundry that has manufactured cast wear parts since 1976. We produce aftermarket replacement parts engineered to fit DISA turbines, at approximately 30-50% below OEM pricing and with faster lead times on items the manufacturer has discontinued.

Compatibility statement: AntisMachine is an independent manufacturer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized distributor of DISA. Machine model names and part references appearing on this page are used for identification and cross-reference purposes only. Our products are aftermarket replacement parts manufactured by AntisMachine to fit the stated machines.

DISA Turbine Wear Parts We Manufacture

The blast wheel is where your maintenance budget is consumed. The table below lists the DISA turbine wear parts we supply, with the alternative trade names used across different markets — useful when your team and your supplier do not use the same vocabulary.

Why Our Blades Outlast the Last Batch You Bought

  • We pour our own castings. Melting, moulding, heat treatment and machining all happen in our own facility. There is no trading layer between you and the foundry, so chemistry and hardness are controlled by us and not negotiated with a third party.
  • Chemistry verified per heat. Every batch is checked on a spectrometer before pouring. Certificates are available on request.
  • Hardness HRC 58-64. Quenched and tempered for maximum wear resistance without becoming brittle — the usual reason cheap blades crack at the root.
  • Balanced before shipping. Every rotor assembly is dynamically balanced before dispatch. Unbalance is the number one cause of premature bearing failure on a blast wheel.
  • Dimensional inspection. Critical fits are checked against drawing, not against guesswork.

Common Failures We Help You Eliminate

If you are seeing any of these, the cause is usually material quality or wheel balance rather than operator error:

  • Blades cracking at the root within days of installation
  • Uneven wear around the blade set — one blade gone, the rest nearly new
  • Rapid wear of the control disc and distributor wheel
  • Bearing housing failures that repeat every few months
  • Declining blast intensity even after replacing blades

How to Order DISA Wear Parts from Us

  1. Send us what you have. Machine model, turbine type, and photos of the worn part with a tape measure visible. A drawing is better, but we regularly work from a sample part alone.
  2. We confirm fitment within 24 hours. If we cannot match it, we will tell you immediately rather than keep you waiting.
  3. Approve the drawing. We issue a dimension drawing for your confirmation before production starts.
  4. Production and inspection. Standard lead time 15-25 days for custom parts; stock sizes ship in 3-7 days.

Minimum order: samples accepted. There is no container-size requirement to prove ourselves on a single turbine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these genuine DISA parts?

No. They are aftermarket parts manufactured by AntisMachine to fit DISA turbines. We are an independent foundry and not an authorized DISA distributor. We believe in stating this plainly — our customers come to us precisely because they want a quality alternative to OEM pricing and lead times.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Machine model and turbine type, part name, quantity, and ideally the dimensions of the worn part. Photos with dimensions are sufficient to quote in most cases.

What hardness do your blades reach?

Standard specification is HRC 58-64 depending on part geometry and application. Tell us the abrasive you run and we will recommend the grade.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We have exported to Europe, North America, the Gulf, Africa and Asia since the 1990s and handle export packing and documentation routinely.

What are your payment terms?

T/T with deposit, L/C at sight for larger orders. Details are confirmed per order.

Ready for a price? Request a quotation or email antismachine@gmail.com with a photo of your worn part. We reply within 24 hours.
